Colour Centre is a paint retailer specializing in Dunn Edwards paint products and professional painting supplies, serving the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include:

• Online and in-store sales of paint products and supplies
• Professional contractor services and bulk ordering
• Color consultation and technical support
• AI-powered room visualization and paint assistance
• Delivery and pickup services

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Professional accounts require valid business credentials

Account Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Keep your account information current and accurate

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability

Payment Terms

• Retail Customers: Payment due at time of order
• Professional Accounts: Net 30 payment terms available
• Accepted Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers
• Currency: All prices in Canadian dollars (CAD)

Professional Account Terms

• Contractor pricing requires approved professional account
• Credit terms subject to credit approval and ongoing review
• Minimum annual purchase requirements may apply
• Professional accounts may be suspended for non-payment

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Areas

We provide delivery services throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Delivery outside this area may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

Delivery Terms

• Standard delivery: 2-3 business days
• Express delivery: Next business day (additional fees apply)
• Free delivery on orders over $150 within the GTA
• Delivery fees apply to orders under $150
• Special handling fees may apply to hazardous materials

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

• Unopened Products: 30-day return period with receipt
• Custom Colors: No returns on custom-tinted products
• Tools & Supplies: Must be in original packaging and condition
• Hazardous Materials: Subject to special return procedures

Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Original payment method will be credited
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless product is defective
• Restocking fees may apply to special orders

7. Product Information and Warranties

Product Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is error-free. Colors displayed on screens may vary from actual product colors.

Manufacturer Warranties

• Dunn Edwards products carry manufacturer warranties
• Warranty terms vary by product and application
• We facilitate warranty claims but are not the warrantor
• Proper application and surface preparation required for warranty coverage

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Colour Centre or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Downloading product information for your projects
• Sharing product links and information

Prohibited Use

• Reproducing or distributing our content without permission
• Using our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Reverse engineering or copying our website functionality

9. AI Services and Data Usage

AI Room Painter

• Images uploaded are processed for visualization purposes only
• We do not store or retain uploaded images
• Results are estimates and may not reflect actual paint appearance
• Service availability subject to technical limitations

AI Paint Assistant

• Recommendations are based on general guidelines
• Professional consultation recommended for complex projects
• We are not liable for decisions based on AI recommendations

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our website or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colour Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
